Site Administration

From the Sites section, you can add new sites as well as edit or delete existing sites.

Structuring your sites correctly will enable you to fill in your content on the Parent Site and have the content be automatically transferred, or Inherited, onto your Child Sites

There are several different Site Types, each having their own specific function:

  • Corporate Sites - These would normally be the Parent site, used to establish your corporate identity.
  • Branch Sites - These sites are generally Children of your Corporate Site. They are used to define each Branch of your organization.
  • Agent/Loan Officer Sites - These sites are generally Children of a Branch Site, used to associate each Agent (RealtyWare) or Loan Officer (MortgageWare) with their respective Branch.
  • Single-Property Sites - Specific to our RealtyWare solution, these sites are used to showcase details on a single property along with Agent and Sponsor information.

Add a new Site

Follow the steps below to add a new site:

  1. Click the "Site" tab in the administrative menu.
  2. Click the "Add Site" button at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Enter a Name for your site, your site's Domain, and choose your Site Type.
**Note: Your Domain should be something like, "my-site.com" -- you do not want to enter "http://" or "www." in front of it.
  4. If you are creating a Child Site, you may check the "Inherit Settings" box so that your content is automatically transferred to your new site.
  5. Click the "Next" button to move to the next step.
  6. Enter your main website e-mail address, phone number, and upload a logo if it is not being inherited from a parent site - then click the "Next" button.
  7. This brings you to the Confirmation page, where you may review all the most important information before clicking "Complete" to finish your site creation.

This will return you to the list of existing sites, and you may click on a site's title to view it in your browser.

Next, we will be discussing Property Management (RealtyWare) and Loan Management (MortgageWare).
