Managing your Loans

The Loans feature allows you to easily manage your loans and loan applications. You can filter your loans by Loan Officer, or you can browse the list by Date or ID.

Prequalification applications are submitted in this section as a "Prospect" and will need to be completed by either the applicant or a Loan Officer.

Likewise, an incomplete 1003 application should also be completed here.

Once a loan is completed you will be given access to the Member Portal, which offers continued access to loan information -- as well as a direct line of communication with your borrowers.

Add a Loan Application

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create a new Loan Application:

  1. Go to the "Loans" section via the main administrative menu.
  2. Click the "Add Loan Application" button in the top right section of the page.
  3. Choose a Loan Status and a Loan Officer, then complete the rest of the sections that follow.
    **Note: The application will be saved automatically upon completion of each step.
  4. Once you reach the "Review" section, you will need to agree to the terms and provide an electronic signature to continue.
  5. Click the "Complete Application" button to finish. Once you've completed an application, you can not go back and edit the information.


This will send you to the Member Portal, where you can review loan information, upload documents, send messages, or add users to a particular loan.
