Documents

The Documents feature allows you to upload public and private documents. The public documents can be linked to the website for users to retrieve once they are logged into your website. Private documents are for internal use only and can only be accessed by a website administrator.


Upload a new Document

Below are step by step instructions on how to add a document to your website:

  1. Open the Content section via the administrative menu.
  2. Choose the Documents option from the list.
  3. Click the “Add File” button located at the upper right side of this tab.
  4. Enter the Title of the file and a brief Description of the document.
  5. Click the “Browse” button to select a file out of your Documents folder.
  6. Choose your Publish and Encryption settings, and click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page.

 

This will return you to your list of uploaded documents, and you can click the title to view your file. You can add your new file to a block, region, or page through the respective WYSIWYG editor.
